印度菜中,份外鍾情Butter Chicken。其實Butter Chicken都唔知算唔算咖哩,因為係唔辣而且係蕃茄味。

在網上睇左好多食譜同YOUTUBE,綜合左以下呢個製法,作為今年其中一樣聖誕PARTY菜式,頗有新鮮感。

What’s In?
Boneless Chicken Thigh 1Kg

Marinate the chicken with:
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Paste 2tsp
Ginger Paste 2tsp
Garma Masala Powder 0.5tsp
Chili Powder 0.5tsp
Paprika 0.5tsp
Yogurt 6Tbsp

For Gravy:
Butter 2Tbsp
Garma Masala Powder 1tsp
Chili Powder 0.5tsp
Paprika 0.5tsp
Cumin Seed 0.5tsp
Coriander 0.5tsp

Cashew Nut Paste 1Tbsp
Garlic Paste 1Tbsp
Ginger Paste 1Tbsp

Tomato Puree 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Green Peas 2Tsp
Yogurt 4Tsp
Cream 100ml

How to make:
1. 將雞肉切開小件,醃味,放雪櫃醃1小時。
2. 煎雞肉至半熟,先盛起。
3. 在鍋中下牛油,Garma Masala、Chili、Paprika、Cumin Seed、Coriander炒香,接著下Garlic Paste、Ginger Paste及Cashew Nut Paste炒香,下雞肉及Tomato Puree,加水上蓋小火煮30分鐘,食前加入已烚好的青豆,Yogurt及Cream,下鹽調味。OK
